Hello! I’m Lillian, a proud Hawera native with deep roots in this vibrant community. Alongside my partner Quentin and our young daughter, I’m delighted to be part of the McCallum + Dallas team, where I am a Client Manager.

My journey into accounting began in high school, where economics and accounting classes sparked a passion that would shape my career. With over 14 years of experience in public practice accounting, I’ve worked my way up from roles in reception and payroll to the client manager position I hold today. My role involves preparing, reviewing, and filing GST returns, as well as completing annual accounts—a combination of tasks that I find both challenging and rewarding.

Returning to the workforce after having my daughter, I sought both professional and personal growth. McCallum + Dallas’ modern vibe and stellar reputation in the community drew me to apply for the client manager role, and I haven’t looked back since. What I love most about McCallum + Dallas is the team environment; everyone here is eager to help each other out, creating a supportive and dynamic workplace.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, exploring nature through hikes, and embracing the work-life balance that McCallum + Dallas’ values so highly. My goal is to ensure that our clients feel encouraged and motivated to achieve both their business and personal goals.
