About Me
I’m Liam Fowler, and I grew up in Hawera, where I also went to school. After completing my studies at Waikato University, I returned to Hawera to begin my career. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting, and went on to earn my Chartered Accountancy qualification in 2022. I was thrilled to finish in the top 5% of my final paper—an accomplishment I’m really proud of.
I’ve always been drawn to accounting because I want to help businesses and people grow. My approach goes beyond just compliance—I’m passionate about seeing the bigger picture and finding creative solutions that drive long-term success. Helping clients achieve their goals is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
At McCallum and Dallas, what I enjoy most is the opportunity to partner with our clients and guide them through their business journeys. Collaboration is key in my role, and I pride myself on being a team player. I focus on finding solutions and lead by example. My goal is to help them navigate their challenges and achieve success, while building long-term, trusting relationships.

Outside of work, I stay active through sports, particularly squash and cricket. I also enjoy giving back to the community, whether through coaching or serving on the Hawera United Cricket Club Committee. It’s a great way for me to stay connected and contribute to the community that has supported me.
To stay up-to-date with industry trends, I’m actively involved in the CAANZ Taranaki Committee and the Tax Liaison Group. I also prioritise ongoing professional development to ensure I’m offering the best advice to my clients.
