Fletcher Jennings

I’m Fletcher Jennings, and I’ve recently joined McCallum and Dallas as a Graduate Accountant. I grew up in Manaia and began my Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) at Massey University in Auckland before returning home to complete my degree.

I’ve always enjoyed working with numbers and solving problems, and the chance to help businesses achieve their goals is what drew me to accounting. Supporting clients on their journeys and contributing to their success is something I find genuinely rewarding.

What I enjoy most about working at McCallum and Dallas is the team. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming and supportive, which has made stepping into my role as a graduate a great experience.

My studies gave me a solid foundation, and I’m enjoying the challenge of applying that knowledge in real-world situations. I’m excited to continue learning and growing as part of the McCallum and Dallas team.

Outside of work, I love staying active—whether it’s basketball, golf, or spending time at the gym.
