About Me

Hi, I’m Bernie, I’m the one you’ll often speak to first when you reach out to us, working alongside Arna to make sure your queries are directed to the right person and that everything runs smoothly. My job involves keeping the office well-stocked and organised, managing diaries, logging jobs, and ensuring that the team has everything they need to do their work effectively. I also handle bookings and preparing accounts for meetings, as well as managing calls and emails to make sure everything gets to where it needs to go.

I’m really passionate about my role and am always eager to learn new things. I’ve also had the opportunity to be involved in re-evaluating our company’s values, which has been an exciting part of my journey here. I genuinely enjoy working with our clients and am committed to making sure their experience with us is as smooth and positive as possible.

We have a great team here, and I love the camaraderie we share. We work hard, but there’s always plenty of laughter to go around. One of my favourite office moments so far is the “card prank” which brought some fun into the office. I enjoy starting the day with a coffee from our favourite coffee shop (you know who you are).

In the office, you’ll often find us listening to More FM as we work. Although my music taste is quite vast, we like to keep it peaceful in the office.  One of my most memorable experiences was during a trip to South Africa, where a cheeky monkey stole food from our cabin at a game reserve and then threw the empty chip bag at us from his hiding spot up in the tree! If I could teleport anywhere right now, it would definitely be to South Africa to see my family and relax on the beautiful beach with a cocktail.
